It ain't no fun.  I did this on four 5S packs and I won't do it again.  Cut the web between the two connectors.  Then ream out the inside of the HXT plastic piece as much as you dare.  Then you spin it on the wire, using some 3-in-1 oil on the wire insulation.  After soldering on the connectors, reverse the process and secure the plastic piece with some Pro ZAP.  Each battery pack took me 1 1/2 hours; won't do it again.
