[NSRCA-discussion] Prelims

[Archie Stafford]

I think we all need to congratulate Joseph also. At 13 he put on a heck of
a performance against the best in the world. He's a good kid who has worked
very hard for this. I am sure he will be representing the US for many years
to come. Great Job Joseph! D2 is very proud.
