I use the portable version of KeePass . . it is installed under the PortableApps platform on a 4GB thumb drive.  I must remember one password, but it safely stores all my other passwords.

LOL – my preference is to use a program called Lastpass.  There are other programs out there that will do the same thing – Keeppass is another I believe.
