Mike,
I for one thank you for your passion, effort and willingness to set the
record straight on RCU. As you know comments made on RCU can easily get
derailed and misconstrued. F3AU performs a very important service as an
importer/distributor for today's pattern widgets. I would hate to see F3AU
not be successful due to some non factual statements or misunderstandings.
Keep doing what you do, it's appreciated.
Regards,
Glen Watson

Great Jon. I did just what you suggested. Got back online with RCU and got
upset and into an argument. Ahhhh just like it should be.
Remind me again. This is a hobby and this is for fun. This is a hobby and
this is for fun.

I found this on RCU, somewhat edited by me in () !:
"For those receiving PAGE NOT FOUND or 500 - SERVER ERROR messages:
Log out of RCU (if you can).
(Close the RCU tab in your browser, but leave the browser open)
Clear your browser's history and cache . ( On IE 10, it is under
"Safety>Delete Browsing History..." in the tools menu. I cleared the
internet files, history and cookies.)
Close your browser. If you are on a Windows computer create a Command prompt
(Windows Key + r), and then type "cmd". In the command box type in "ipconfig
/flushdns" and hit enter (this will flush your DNS cache). Now open back up
your browser and try to log into RCU. If the new forums still don't pull up
type ctrl + F5 to force a refresh on your browser. "
This worked for me in IE 10. Clearing cookies, history and the DNS cache
seemed to be key. If you don't close the RCU tab first, it doesn't clear
those cookies and history.
Things are still a mess on RCU, but I was able to re-signin, and post to a
forum. I love being an "alpha" tester for a commercial company...

Functionality sucks too..it says I am logged in, but when I click on "my

brings up the screen to edit my account details, and when I try to sign out,
I get a broken link. Reminds me of an automated phone system J

Oh boy that's not working. I just looked. What a mess. I can't imagine how
much screaming the advertisers are doing.
On another note about screwed up things we finally got the bugs worked out
on F3AUnlimited.com
We had our host server go down and it caused a few problems.
I think we are now good to go.

Lol, your answer is as good as mine. They tried updating their site a few
years ago, and had to revert back to the old one. It has to be a HUGE job
to migrate all that stuff over without loss. This is the second time
they've tried this month. Hope something happens soon.

Anyone have a clue when it will be functioning again? Thanks, Mike
