[NSRCA-discussion] RCU Forum isues

Microsoft is pushing Internet Explorer 10.  It was originally released with
Windows 8.  You may want to try "Compatibility Mode" if you are using I.E.
 It's the button next to the address bar that looks like a piece of paper
torn in half.
