I think skewed is probably the wrong word... :-)
I'm certainly not speaking for Jon, but I'm thinking that perhaps Jon meant
that we are missing data for several years and really the only way to do
this properly is to start over and ensure that it is done right especially
now that we have a software program that does it for us.
