How do we have "informed discussion" if no rationale for the proposed
changes has been provided?  Who wrote them? Can't they provide the
rationale? Surely the board discussed them.

I tried to clean up the revisions when I sent them out.
I'm looking forward to an informed discussion on the web when our members
receive the revisions in the mail.

Jim,
There were a lot of typos in the original bylaws revision in the meeting
minutes, to include what I believe were wrong paragraph numbering in one
case. Can you post the version we are being asked to vote on along with
rationale for each change?
