[NSRCA-discussion] Executive Board voting

[Scott McHarg]

Because someone decided to list them in their choice as a "Write-In"
candidate.  Unfortunately, the software has a restriction on it and doesn't
allow the Write-In candidate to be kept off the list of nominees and
therefore seen by you when you vote.  We are trying to keep up and place
"Write-in candidate" by their names as people vote.
