You are still only reading the regulator output from one of the lipos 
and both outputs would have to be the same.
Ed is saying the single regulator dual outputs are not independent as 
they would be if you used two tech-aero or jaccio regulators.
Sounds like a good system to have on a smaller cheaper aircraft than our 
2 meter pattern planes. Gives you redundant batteries but not redundant 
power systems. You are now reliant on a single point of failure 14 
dollar regulator.
