I have been toying with the idea of lining a large ammo box with ceramic tile. Maybe one day I will get a chance to try it out.

I do have one of those for some smaller batteries, but talking with a NRA member here at work about getting the larger rifle ammo cans, he believes they are now aluminum. If that is the case, they won't last long if there was a fire.
