[NSRCA-discussion] Certified Judge List

Jon Carter and I will be updating all the user records for all the certified
judges to make sure they are correct.  We have last year's list so we know
who was certified and we know who has been certified so far this year, so it
should be easy enough for us to do the updates.

All those that certified last year are good until the end of 2012 (for AMA
only)... and all the FAI certified expired at the end of last year since we
have new rules and schedules in place for F3A that are effective in 2012.

FAI judges need to be recertified for the Nats.  I looked at the NSRCA web
site and the certified judge list is dated 2011.  I looked up my personal
certification on the NSRCA web site and it hasn't been updated since 2006
for AMA and 2007 for FAI.
