[NSRCA-discussion] NATS Judging certification

	  BODY { font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12px; } 
 This is for the guys on the judging committee.  Who will need to
recertify this year?  I have gotten quite a few questions about this,
and I want to make sure I give the correct answer.  Is this a year
everyone needs to recertify, or are those that certified last year
good for this year?
