In the upper right corner is listed the software version. On mine which is a DMS2 and updated to version three, it is 0001-0103. The transmitter is persnickety about which SD card is used. Some brands don't work. JR recommends no larger than 2GB. Some people have reported using a larger card successfully. Considering how small the upgrades and model memories are, 1GB is sufficient. They have their own brand if you can't get an off-the-counter one to work. I'm using a 2GB card made by Kodak.
