a drill press is way too sophisticated, i was thinking more along the lines of a hand held drill, electric of course, I haven't figured out how to hold the drill, crank the spindle and file all at one time.......

You could use the Tru-Turn bushings.....just put one on a bolt, chuck it in a drill and dress it with a file to size.

I've found lots of bushings to adjust an APC prop hub to a smaller shaft, but I haven't found anything that seems like it would work with the Q60's 5mm bolt shaft...  looking for ideas...
