Many of the Michigan guys used to fly at the Lancaster contest and still do fly the Hebron contest as well as Saint Clairsville. Peebles looks to be in the same general area and well within most of the Michigan guy’s travel radius. Might be a stretch for the Chicago guys, though.

Toby, the problem with your location is it is a long hard drive for the Michigan guys. I live in Columbus so I would attend. You would have to draw from KY and I’m not sure there are many Pattern flyers in KY except for the guys in Hebron.

I live in peebles Ohio. I have 4 1000' runways behind my house. The very first flying giants huckfest was held at my house. I live on a 54acre farm out in the country. Ive put on 5 large iMac contests here. Just don't want to see all our Ohio pattern contests disappear as we have iMac contests. This of course would be up to the pilots if there is interest. Went to my first pattern contest in over a decade last year and was pumped from the friendly experience. Toby
