[NSRCA-discussion] Safety Proposal

As the survey continues, I would like to take this moment to reassure
everyone that we are listening and have heard what you're saying.

We are currently in the process of removing the "HOW" and continuing with
the "WHAT".  We can thank Dean Pappas for this.  As soon as we have it
finalized as to what we'd like to propose, we will submit it to y'all.  In
other words, the requirement of the arming plug is being removed.  We
started on a revision Friday and should have it completed the first part of
this week.

Now, please smile and go fly and continue to plan your trip for the NATS in
2013.
