To All:

I think we have all seen threads on forums and on this list get a little heated
from time to time.  It is so easy to let your typing fingers get way ahead of
your rational thought and it is also so very hard to convey thoughts and
arguements with in this media, with out things sounding mean and vitriolic at
times, even when its not meant to.  I have fallen victim to that scenario.
Rules proposals can create major disagreements and heated exchanges at times.
We have been through them a lot it seems.  This time it is no different.  No
matter what side of the proposals our changes a person is on, we all have the
feeling that our side is correct and we are willing to stand by it.  This is a
good thing.  The past and present board members of the NSRCA have worked with
one goal in mind and that is to make NSRCA and pattern flying fun, enjoyable and
if at all possible a growing sport.  I fully expect all future board members
will have the same goals.  We are a bunch of guys with a common interest and I
am proud to be included in the group.  I am also proud of defending the sport
against any perceived threats that might come along.  This is what I have been
trying to do.

With that said, I want to state that I was not trying to cast any doubt about
the integrety of any board member or NSRCA member what so ever, I ask a simple
question, that should have been placed in the little trash can that is on my
computer screen, long before I hit the send button.  Fingers flying while mind
in idle, and temper in the red.  I am sure it offended several people and was
hurtful for members to read on this list.  For this I truely apologize and hope
that all will accept this apology as offered.
