[NSRCA-discussion] Reminder 2012 13 AMA rules changes

The NSRCA Rules Proposal Committee is currently working on 4 proposals
which will be posted on the NSRCA website for the membership to "vote" on
soon.  If the membership passes said proposals and the BoD approves these
proposals, they will be submitted to the AMA Rules Committee for adoption.
This will all be completed prior to the 3.15.12 deadline.
