Finally, after much procrastination, Bulletin 1 for the 2013 FAI World
Championship for Aerobatics (Class F3A) was approved by the CIAM Bureau. It
will shortly be circulated by the FAI office to all NACs (National Airsport
Controls, or Aero Clubs).  Invitation to judges and jury members can now
start.
