I’m using the transmitter I had from 4.0. I just kept getting the upgrades… Don’t know about the 3.5… I went from RF 2.0 to 4.0…

Has anyone tried using 6.5 with the 3.5 transmitter? I think I saw a thread where it works fine but some of the more obscure features aren't there.

I was having problems for a long time (since 6.0 came out) with the RF 6.0 crashing after about 5 min. I just stopped using it… I thought my PC PS or Graphics card was giving up. I didn’t want to spend the funds to replace the HW.

After committing to getting back into pattern, I needed the RF simulator to work… So into the PC guts I went…

Well, I finally got a new PS and graphics card… Same thing… Didn’t fix the problem…

I upgraded to the latest 6.5 version this past Thursday, which must have just been released… Guess what…!!!!!!

The latest 6.5 update version fixed an inherent problem of PC CRASHING with High Resolution graphics settings, per the update notice.

I put the old Graphics Card, GeForce 9500GT, back in and left the new PS… Bahmmmm… Works great again…

So if you are having problems with PC crashing and locking up and killing the video with the RF 6.0 or 6.5, update with the latest and you will like the results. My graphics are much better now than ever…

Now I can work on my rolls… really, I need a lot of work… crap !!!!!!

Happy New Year…
