[NSRCA-discussion] Reminder

Just another reason to have a way to make sure everyone got a ballot or use  
a place like survey monkey for the voting online.....I know bylaws say  
different, maybe time to look into the electronic age as im sure all Nsrca  
members have Email and surf the web.  :)
