I've always used a 6/32 bolt also and never had a failure.

Thanks, Wayne/Don....I remember how much I was impressed with that setup,
Wayne. Used it several times after; my overweight birds benefited from the
8-32, but the 6-32 sure worked too. That was one clever setup, Wayne! Hard
to believe it was almost NINE years ago.

This drawing and description was done by Bob Pastorello after I showed him
my method at the contest in Temple that year.
Bobs website has been down for awhile and he always had useful information
on there.
