That's what I said when I started this project a year ago! Even with the
relational back end (albeit virtual), it took over 10,000 lines of code to
make a system that is 'fool resistant' and compliant with all the rules.

Flight order, DQ's, NO's, high/low, zero judges, compliance, multiple sites,
multiple scoring calculators, groupings and matrix, judge assignments,
reports, automated updates, data uploads.that stuff adds up. Believe me, it
is difficult (but it was fun!)

Hey Ron,

Good luck with that! We'll most likely have to create our own (not all that
difficult if you use a relational database instead of writing code). Of
course it'd have to be cross-platform compatible...

Hi Scott,

Thanks for all the hard work behind the scenes.

Any chance this will run on XP?

Hello all,

For those who will be hosting contests next year, this is the perfect time
of year to evaluate a new choice in scoring software. Master Scoring has
been in development for about a year now and was extensively tested in many
contests during 2012. The application runs on Windows 7 or later and is
available for free simply by downloading from

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
