[NSRCA-discussion] Contest board - Was Executive Board voting

Thanks to all who participated in the discussion of rules proposals today. 
Thanks to John and Mark for helping us better understand AMA’s position and to 
John and Scott who so well gave insights to NSRCA’s  position.
 
It is nice to know of the No penalty ~ No rule guideline.
 
From this discussion I’m confident that NSRCA and AMA will blend better during 
the next round of rules proposals.
