[NSRCA-discussion] Proposed NSRCA Bylaw changes

Scott, this is what the complainers often forget.  And without willing 
and capable volunteers, none of our R/C organizations would exist to 
serve the modeling community. It is like pulling teeth to get people to 
step up and be officers in our local clubs.  I get very tired of 
hearing, "All I want to do is pay my dues and fly!"  The world doesn't 
work that way, unless you own your own large farm.  Then, you generally 
fly alone...
