[NSRCA-discussion] Additional K-Factors have been added

Thanks to Don Ramsey, we've uploaded about 20 K-Factors for previous years
- from 2000 until 2006.  Don was nice enough to scan all these in for us
and send them into me.  If anyone else would like to scan additional
K-Factors please do so and send them to me and I'll make sure they get
uploaded.

BTW - these are only available for current NSRCA members... there is some
great history in these documents!
