All,
  Several have told me that they were interested in the split-rudder article
I was doing in the Kfactor.  For some reason, my May article, which is the
most important part of this series, was omitted from publication.  I'm not
sure if they will re-run it or not so I am attaching it here for those who
would like to read it.  I'm sorry for the issues, it was out of my hands.  I
will ask them to re-run it if it's possible.  For those not interested, my
apologies for sending you this.
