The database shows you as not current in your dues.  The
K-Factor is available only for current NSRCA members.

People can check their status by logging in and looking for
the "Display/Edit User Profile" link.

If there is an error in the record, we will hasten to fix
it.  But, as it stands, that is why you can't access the
list.
