[NSRCA-discussion] New Charger TP820CD

Has anyone had a chance to use the new Thunder Power TP820CD charger. I am 
thinking about upgrading my old TP1010C chargers and I want to get something 
that won't be obsolete in 6 months. The advertisement in MA looks very nice with 
some great features including built in balancers and the ability to charge at 
high rates and up to 16S.
