Make sure the TX module you choose is compatible with the specific Futaba
receiver you will actually use.  Go to the following Futaba website and read

Really not sure of the pro & cons of them.....I only use 5 or 6 channels to
fly my pattern planes, so unless there is some other technical issues that I
am oblivious to, I did not think it would matter....
