Someone was having trouble finding out who was in charge of the
website.

I've added information on how to contact the webteam to the
"Help with website" page:

I've recorded a new tutorial to help explain how to
navigate the website:

I've resigned my post as "acting webmaster."  Derek Koopowitz
is the new webmaster.  I've updated the "Contact us" page to
reflect that change in the webteam:
