I now have the 2005,2007,2009, and 2011 AMA Rule Books in PDF
 
I also have the 2001,2004,2009 and 2011 FAI Editions in PDF
 
Still looking for anything earlier of the AMA Rule Books.

A PDF for the ’07, ’09, ‘11  AMA rulebooks are in a folder named “Doc” under the PACSS root.
