Hi Tim,
  The idea of requesting a section for the NSRCA has been suggested before but doesn't seem to go anywhere with the board.  Why?  I honestly don't know.  
 
 
I have to ask, why must we get board approval to ask RCU?
 
 Is there a good reason?
