Everyone,

Bulletin 2 was just released today... we've received preliminary entry
information from 35 countries totally 98 pilots.  This is going to be a
great event!!

Make sure you get your hotel reservations in now - and please consider
signing up to be a supporter of the US team.  The banquet will be held on
Monday night August 1st and it will be at the Muncie Convention Center - if
you'd like to attend the banquet then I would suggest that you buy your
tickets now as space will be limited.  The bulletin has all the information
for you.

I do have a request for volunteers - this will be on a
first-come-first-served basis.  If you are planning on attending the WC's
starting from the 1st day, and would like to have a front row seat for the
event, we are looking for about 7 scribes for the judges.  The majority of
the judges bring someone with them but there will be about 6 or 7 judges
that will need scribes... if you'd like to be involved on the "front lines"
then email me your information as well as contact information so that I can
get you down on my list.  Unfortunately this is purely a volunteer position
so no pay or free accommodation is involved - we will provide you free
water/drinks and lunch during the day.  Ideally, I'd like to pair you up
with the same judge for the entire time...
