I've set all of the categories to "public."

Elsewhere in Docman, it restricts viewing to "Authors."

I'm not getting a download link to any of the K-Factors
when I log in as an "Author."  It looks to me as though
all of the documents are set to "Author" privileges.

I'll mess around with privileges on the 2002 K-Factor
and see what happens.
