[NSRCA-discussion] Progress report on data transfer

The site should be back up again.

My scripts are working for creating one user at a time.
When I try to run the "foreach" loop, some variable or
other gets knocked askew.

At any rate, so far as I can tell, the data is going
in OK, if somewhat slowly.  All the records look good
so far.
