[NSRCA-discussion] Site offline; backup underway

I'm ready to take a stab at creating the new records on
nsrca.us from the information in the Access database
on nsrca.org.

The site is offline and I'm running a database backup now.

It is hard to guess how long the backup will take.

The script needs to create about 2000 records.  That
shouldn't take too long.  But then I need to look
at enough of those records to see whether everything
landed in the right spot.

More when I know more ...
