[NSRCA-discussion] 2011 Sequences

The new rule book, to include the removal of all sequences and the
assumption of sequence responsibility by NSRCA, will be effective 1 Jan
2011.

The Masters sequence is being voted on this week by the NSRCA board.  At the
same time, the board is also voting on the Sportsman, Intermediate and
Advanced sequences.  We should be completed by the end of this week.
