Bryan,
I'm not sure if this is what you had in mind, but I use Estes rocket tubes. The ones I got are about 1/2" od. They're fairly thin-walled cardboard and not too heavy. I don't run the tubes full length. Instead, I cut short sections of about 5/8" in length and glue them in about every 10" or so right on the bottom seam of the fuse which is sufficient to keep the wires in place. I got them from a local hobby shop that also caters to model rocketeers (is that what they're called?). I've also heard of guys rolling their own tube from a sheet of legal paper which would probably be lighter yet.

Hope this helps.

Verne

Guys,
I looking for a source for Light tubing to run Elevator servo wires to the back of an AIrplane.
Does anyone know where I can get this?

Bryan
