It must be a DNS issue.  My work machine didn't work, and my cell phone
doesn't work, but my home machine was working.  Cell still doesn't work, but
home does.

Or, run CCleaner and get rid of all your histories, or go into the tools in
your web browser and clear the history...

Try emptying your cache, or simply hold down teh shift key when clicking on
the RCU link.

It works for me on Firefox and Safari on my Mac and on Firefox and IE on my
Windoze machine.
