[NSRCA-discussion] Pulse Width for 'center' on JR radios

Is the 'center' pulse width on JR radios the same as Futaba?   1.5ms?
 
I can't seem to find this info online anywhere.  I am installing radio  
gear in a plane for a friend using JR equipment and I want to make sure center  
is the same on my Futabas when I set all the surfaces to center.
