[NSRCA-discussion] A123 and Regulator

I know this has probably been asked before, but I probably didn't pay attention at the time. I'm considering using an A123 receiver pack (1800Mah) in a Synergy. Just wondering if those that are using them are also running a regulator? This is with Futaba 2.4Ghz Rx/Tx and Futaba servos.
