Jason-find someone with a water jet cutter, I'd imagine that would do the best. I have a CNC router and mill, but I'd imagagine tool bits would not last too long on solid carbon. Never tried on a Laser, I doubt it would cut carbon????
I'm sure someone out there has access to some good gear...or knows how to use it better than I!

Subject: [NSRCA-discussion] carbon plate cutting
Hi All,
I'm looking for anyone that can cut some carbon plate (3/16"?) into control horns, like the stuff from Composite-ARF. Anyone know someone that can do it? I'll be making the CAD file this week for it.
Regards,
Jason
