FYI, 

If you are coming to this contest on Sat. morning from the West using Beltway 8, there is going to be a detour at Highway59 and the Beltway:  This is a small detour, but could be a lot of traffic buildup....plan accordingly.  We want to start flying between 9 and 10am. 

HIGHWAY 	BELTWAY 8-NORTH/SAM HOUSTON TOLL 
DESCRIPTION 	Eastbound and westbound Frontage Road at US-59 EASTEX FRWY . TOTAL CLOSURE. Closed daily from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday, June 26 to Sunday, June 27. Eastbound traffic detour to US-59 southbound frontage road to Aldine Bender and u-turn to the northbound frontage road, to Beltway 8 eastbound; westbound traffic detour to US-59 northbound frontage road to Greens Rd. and u-turn to the southbound frontage road to Beltway 8. HPD will be on site directing traffic.
