ACP also carries large diameter nylon (tough) bagging material, up to 60" wide. The 36" wide material is large enough to accommodate both panels of a wing, side by side. Regulated vacuum source needs to be continuous in these set-up, until the epoxy sets. Do get the extra sealing rods they sell...very simple and reusable. If the epoxy will contact the bag, do get the peel ply stock. Don't get the breather...regular paper towels work great as breather material

The larger pumps will often pull considerable vacuum, 25" Hg or higher. Auto regulation isn't necessary-- a simple bleeder valve works great. The small pump indicated at the ACP site only pulls 8"Hg (good enough for wing skinning but not high enough for firwall lamination for example)

For small stuff like bulkheads and firewalls, hard to beat the convenience of a FoodSaver Vacuum Food Sealer system or similar. The bags come in widths up to 10" by at least 50 feet long. This set-up differs from the other vacuum set-ups in that the bag seals after vacuum is pulled. The vacuum source requirement is temporary. The amount of vacuum is moderate at around 18" Hg
