Dave was well known for distant turnarounds that got more distant with
Stroh's. Ask how he could possibly see the airplane at that distance he
replied that, by then, he actually saw several. When ask which one he flew
and he immediately answered "the lowest one". Always fun!

Trust me Jon that was true to a point. After a few too many I saw him go
