[NSRCA-discussion] Contest in the Louisville/Fort Knox area?

1 constant hot spot over the years has been Chicago.
 Seems pretty much like Ohio and Michigan have always been strong.
 Southern D5 has real good numbers and is somewhat self sustaining.
 Then there's North and South Dakota....... Not so much!!!! Don'ch ya know.
