Tony,

This was THE worst system Futaba ever offered to market. I lost a great flying ARROW because of it and a couple lesser planes after the supposed repairs. Futaba soured it for me big time.I eventually tossed mine in the garbage

You might want to tell your customer he'll be better off with the newer equipment. I am willing to send your customer an old JR Unlimited 8 TX/RX for free. Both are same era systems except the U8 system still works great

Matt

Subject: [NSRCA-discussion] Futaba 8JN

I have a customer with an old Futaba 8JN transmitter that he want to use. It has a bad encoder PC Board, and is un-repairable. Does anyone out there have one of the old TX’s laying around that they would part with for parts to help this guy out? Please e-mail privately to tony at radiosouthrc.com

Thanks!
