It is out of stock everywhere in the US, but is available here last time I checked:  http://www.sdshobby.com/element-30e-f3a-electric-power-airplane-p-1100.html.   Email them for prices.  They are very friendly and eager to serve, but shipping can be a bit expensive when crossing the pacific.
