I don't think that I will buy any LiPo charger that does not have the capability to track individual cells voltage and balance each cell.  Of course, I won't buy any LiPo that do not have a balancing tap unless is one cell battery.

Unfortunately as far as I know it will not charge 2 cell packs without a 
balance tap, like you can buy for the indoor foamys.
If you fly bigger helis then you need to be able to charge 2 6 cell 
packs. The Hyperion Duo is the only one that does that as far as I know.
